Meet The Team,

1. William R. Dennis, II works for the Business Start-up Center (BSC) Monrovia as the Director, a local entity established by SPARK, BiD Network & Association of Liberia Universities (ALU) for supporting Small Medium Enterprise (SME) and Entrepreneurship Development in Liberia to deliver business skills training; coaching and mentoring program as well as access to finance so young people can create jobs. He has extensive experience on Supporting Entrepreneurship and Business Development from University of Twente, and International Entrepreneurship from the University of Tilburg, both of the Netherlands and participated in several capacity development programs organized by MDF, Triodos Facet, ADB, EDN, WAIFEM, GTZ, IMF etc. around Africa. He is a certified Ready4Finance and Business Edge SME trainer from Foundation BiD and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) a World Bank Group and has over 5 years’ experience in private sector development.

2. Joseph Charles White, Sr. works for the Business Start-Up Center Monrovia, he has eight years of experience in Project management, financial management, Business Management Trainer, Business Skill Facilitator, Research methodology and Database management. Joseph earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Economics with emphasis in Accounting and has several professional certifications in Organizational and Project Management, Financial Management, Research Methodology. Over the years, Joseph has worked and consulted for entities in Liberia such as The World Bank Group, GIZ, SPARK Liberia, Top Consulting Inc., Food and Enterprise Development (FED), United State Agency for International Development (USAID), United State African Development Foundation (USADF) and Making Enterprises, Inc. Currently Joseph served as Program/Finance Manager with Liberia leading business development service provider called the Business Start-Up Center Monrovia (BSC Monrovia)

3. Jeremy G. Titoe, work at the Business Start-Up Center Monrovia, he has seven years of experience in Banking, Project management, Financial Management, Research Methodology and Database Management. Jeremy earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting with emphasis in Management and has several professional certifications in Organizational and Project Management, Business Management Training, Business Skills Trainer, Business Coaching, Financial Management, Research Methodology. Over the years, Jeremy has worked and consulted for entities in Liberia such as The World Bank Group, United Bank for Africa (UBA), SPARK Liberia, Ministry of Education, Top Consulting Inc., Food and Enterprise Development, United State Agency for International Development (USAID), Agency for Economic Development and Empowerment (AEDE). Currently, Jeremy is serving as the M&E/ Access to Finance Manager with Liberia leading business development service provider called the Business Start-Up Center Monrovia (BSCM). He also serving as the Business Coach and working directly with entrepreneurs within the database of the Business Start-Up Center Monrovia.

4. Emmanuel G. Cooper works for the Business Start-Up Center Monrovia as Agronomist Specialist

5. Mr. Joshua P. Beware – He works as the Project Officer in Grand Bassa County at the Grand Bassa Community College Campus in Buchanan City.

6. Mr. Tony Dolopei – He works as the Project Officer in Gbarnga, Bong County on the campus of the Cuttington University.

7. Mr. Harrison T. Chae – He works as the Project Officer in Harper, Maryland county on the campus of Tubman University.
